Who Are We?

Sandyford Deer Larder in Northumberland exists to share the pleasure of wild-harvested sustainably managed venison in its many forms, from as many of Britain’s distinct species of wild deer as possible, with you. Venison is an ancient and abundant harvest but it is also an ultra-modern “superfood”.


We aim to banish memories of tough dry roasts, heavily marinaded stews, and chewy steaks. Instead we will bring you succulent, flavourful meat, low in fat, rich in protein and easy to cook.  Every cut of meat is fully traceable and will only come from British landscapes.
